Island Welcome Party - May 22nd
To welcome you to Sanibel Island, please join us for a welcome party, 3:30-8 PM, held by the pool at our condo complex, Pointe Santo de Sanibel, 2445 West Gulf Drive, Sanibel Island Florida. Please park on the west side of the complex. We will provide a BBQ cookout Dinner.

Rehearsal Dinner - May 23rd
All are invited to the rehearsal dinner. Those who need to be at the actual rehearsal know who they are. The rehearsal dinner will be held at Matzaluna on Sanibel. Casual attire is encouraged. Please arrive at the restaurant by 5 PM. The dinner will be in the upstairs room.

The Ceremony/ Reception/Dinner - May 24th
The ceremony will be held at 6:00 PM on the beach in front of The Thistle Lodge restaurant at Casa Ybel Resort. Please park in front of the restaurant and walk the boardwalk to the beach. If you choose to room off the island, please make sure to leave enough driving time. Just like in any city, rush hour in Ft. Myers can get sticky in places. We wish for this wedding and reception to be a “casually elegant” event, therefore, this is a “shoes optional” wedding. Please join us in removing your shoes and rolling up the cuffs of your pants while on the beach. You are welcome to wear sandals or even flip flops, if you wish, to the event. The entire event will be casual. No need for a suit. Please dress “business casual” or even in khaki shorts, if you wish.

Following the ceremony, the bar will open and you are welcome to adjourn to the lawn/patio of The Thistle Lodge where the reception and dinner will be held. Don’t forget to pick up your name cards from the guest book table and put them at your seats so the wait staff knows which entrée to serve you. Please anticipate a late “sunset” dinner around 7:30. Bring your appetites as the food at The Thistle Lodge is excellent and will be plentiful.

At approximately 9:30, we will move inside Casa Ybel, to the upstairs Water Front Dining Room for dancing and revelry.
